Per-month subscription accounts:
Given the nature of digital content and services, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless one of the promises given by Cryptolume has been breached or as required under consumer law.
We cannot offer a refund for our services due to the fact that we are housing data and allowing our customers to access this data immediately. We pay for data in advance and as such we need to cover the costs of storing this information. If you feel that we have breached our services in any way and you are entitled to a refund please contact us immediately.
However, if you have just signed up and aren’t happy with the product we can offer you a money back guarantee, just contact us and we’ll work it out.
Refunds will not be given for:
– You have changed your mind about the service (Unless it’s in the first day or two via our money back guarantee).
– You bought the service by mistake and your subscription is nearly over.
– You do not have sufficient expertise to use the service and your subscription is nearly over.
– You ask for goodwill and your subscription is nearly over.
Per-year/custom subscription accounts:
If you are on a custom, long-term plan with us we will be able to refund your subscription amount minus 31 days which is required for us to hold to pay for our data costs.
The amount of 31 days equals to $29.00 USD for Slack integrated accounts and $19.00 USD for standard accounts. This will be subtracted from the total amount of refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of confirmation.
Per-year/custom subscription accounts are ONLY offered to those paying via cryptocurrency.
Please note if you decide to cancel that your 30% discount will be abolished on refund, meaning if you paid the $20.30 for a yearly Advanced plan and then cancelled, you will get your entire year refund back minus the months you have already used at a value of $29.00 up to 3 months, 6 months and 12 months respectively these values will change to account for the months already paid. We do this as we are at a loss on the first month, when you are on our year long plan, so cancelling it early affects the business and other consumers.
